Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Morocco and South Africa are in preparation. Portuguese-speaking corridors come first, because that is where most of our demand is.
Door delivery is not universal
In some regions the parcel is collected at a carrier branch instead of delivered at home.
Clearance takes longer
Plan for extra days in customs and for the recipient to be contacted for documents.
Value declaration matters
Duties are calculated on the declared value; keep receipts for what you send.

Packing for a longer trip
A parcel to Africa is handled more times than one inside Europe. Use a double-wall box, fill every gap, tape all seams and put a copy of the address inside the box as well.
