How the price is built
The carrier bills the greater of real weight and volumetric weight, so a light but bulky box costs more than its scale weight. Our price adds the carrier cost, the fuel surcharge in force, our service fee and our margin, and the breakdown is shown before you pay.
Pickup or partner point
Express services collect the parcel at the address you choose. Economy services are cheaper because you drop the parcel at a shop, kiosk or locker in our partner network, where staff scan the QR code, weigh the parcel and photograph it before it travels.
